I haven’t posted anything since February. Not because I ran out of things to say but I’ve just been building stuff, chopping wood(literally) instead of writing about it. So here’s the catch-up.
SGJ Material Planning System
I’m building an internal MRP system for SGJ Electronic, they’re running their production planning in spreadsheets. I offered to build something better. That was supposed to be a quick project. It was not.
The scope started as a simple inventory tool and has since grown into something closer to a full production-support system — parts, BOMs, production orders, shortage tracking, the works. I migrated from SQLite to PostgreSQL early on, set up Docker Compose deployment with a proper backup strategy, and I’m iterating on it directly with their production team.

MötesFlow
You feed it notes from a meeting and it pulls out action items, decisions, and follow-ups. Built it in React with local storage so nothing leaves the browser.
